Here I'll give you little information about this site. Since I'm using Linux (I'm new in Linux), I dont have any idea how to convert/encode avi to rm. So I'll remove RM media from our server, but if anyone willing to convert, I'll appreciated it.

You can easily find most update in top-right menu, And you can also get it via our DDL. Hope this make clear for you all, any idea, suggestion, or feedback, just post a comment.
